Shipping policy

We know shipping is the biggest headache of online purchases, that's why we have made it very easy with no surprises, and always for the lowest cost available.

We currently use USPS for smaller orders and have the option of USPS or UPS for larger weight orders. 911 Duty Gear does NOT charge extra packaging or handling fees.

What carrier do you use to ship?

A: We use USPS for most shipments, however, we may ship UPS for larger orders if cheaper for the customer. 

What is the average cost for shipping?

A: Although every order is different and rates change by location. Most orders of smaller items (Under 12 oz) is 7 dollars. Prices will increase if over one pound. 

Where do I find my tracking number?

You will be notified by email when your package has been shipped. When viewing your email select the "View Order" button.

After that, you can click directly on your tracking number!

*If you chose a free shipping option there may not be tracking, but will list the method at which it was shipped. ie. Overweight Letter (No Tracking).

The shipping seems higher then it should be, what should I do?

Although usually very accurate, at times the live shipping calculator can have errors. We don't mind verifying the shipping, just let us know by contacting us!

Are there extra fees added to my package?

No. 911 Duty Gear does not add any handling fees to your shipping.

Can I request a specific Carrier?

Yes, if you prefer a specific carrier we ussually can accommodate. If you would like to check with us before ordering please contact us via our contact page! 

International orders or products from outside of the U.S.

We ship mainly from Canada for international orders, however, your order may come from the United States. Products that are customized outside of the U.S. will be shipped via Canada Post.
